Job Details:

The customer wanted a radiator to be installed in their main bedroom. For these kind of jobs I work with my brother who is a Gas Safe registered heating engineer with over 30 years of experience - he is one of the few professionals that I trust.

Since the customer already had a heating system installed in their house, we were ableoto connect the new radiator to the existing system.

After draining the heating system, we lifted some floorboards to expose the existing pipework. From there we connected new radiator pipes to the existing system, fitted the new radiator to the wall and connected everything up.

We also added corrosion inhibitor to the system since the initial draining will have removed the inhibitor protection.

All new pipework was done in copper with soldered joints in order to provide the most robust and reliable work.

Once everything was fitted, we refilled the system, spent time removing any trapped air and testing the system to ensure everything worked perfectly.
